The Smart Brain corporation aims for world domination by using Orphnoch, an evolved human species, to wipe out humanity. They create Rider Gear (Delta, Faiz, and Kaixa) to protect the Orphnoch King, who can cure their DNA flaw. After the Gear is stolen by the Goat Orphnoch, Hanagata, he gives it to his foster children, the Ryuseiji, to stop the plan. However, humans can't use the Gear without genetic modification.
