Melvin and his sister Brooke move into a new neighborhood and begin a new school year. Melvin is set to have the dreaded Ms Freeman; a legendary scary teacher who is strict and angry. The science fair is the focus of this film. Ms Freeman's students drive her out of the school and her replacement, "Miss Tiffany" is beloved by Freeman's former class.
