Sainath Dhoipode (Sai) lives a middle class life he is the only earning member of his family while his wife Kavita a housewife and children Rahul and Nandita are college going.Sai has taken loan from bank and is unable to pay the installments on time following which the bank will take control of his house.A depressed Sai tries all possible ways to save his house but nothing works until he comes across his old friend Vasanta who meets him after long time and is carrying a bag containing huge amount.
