Shyam is a literate unemployed youth, who becomes a criminal due to poverty and hunger. He tries to rob Asha, a social worker who runs an NGO called 'Samaj Sudhar Sabha'. She asks Shyam to give up the path of crime and join her NGO. Shyam joins Asha's NGO and changes begin to show in his behavior. Will fate allow Shyam to lead a life of honesty and dignity?
