Kabhi Saas Kabhi Bahu is a comedy series on the 3 generations of Awasthi family, whose head Mallu Awasthi (Abhijeet Lahiri) lives with wife Sujata Awasthi (Shama Deshpande) , son Virendra (Iqbal Azad) and his wife Hema (Sushmita Mukherjee) , grandson Mohit (Vijay Bhatia) and his wife Kajal (Sonica Handa). Hema never became a slave to her mother-in-law, Sujata, but she makes her daughter in law, Kajal slog. Both Sujata and Kajal team up against Hema and she must fight to maintain her position.—Akash
