Tomás Kóblic is a former Navy captain who, during the last Argentine dictatorship, was a participant in "the flights of death." He will abandon his career to hide in Colonia Helena, where the only law is a corrupt Commissioner.

1977, during the days of the Argentinian Dictatorship. A former pilot and captain of the Argentinian Navy disobeys an order and becomes a fugitive in order to survive. He chooses to hide in a small town in the south of the country, where his presence will catch the attention of the unscrupulous and violent local marshal.

Captain Tomás Kóblic run away from the air force cause he did not want to follow orders in the days of the military dictatorship in Argentina. He goes to a south small town where the only law is from sheriff Velarde, a criminal in uniform who has ties to the army. The sheriff don't trust anyway and the new guy in town Koblic bothers him.
