"Jyoti" is love story of Rabi and Jyoti. Rabi comes to Bombay from Patna and falls in love with a blind girl Jyoti. He arranges for her eye operation which will cost him 5000 rupees. He gets ready to sacrifice his life for Sewakram's party for the money. Reshmi secretly loves Rabi and she brings Jyoti after she regains eyesight and saves Rabi's life. Jyoti and Rabi are united."
