Prince Rupert of Koronia comes to the United States and, bored with pomp and circumstance, falls in love with Linda Lee Stafford. Called home when the crown prince dies unexpectedly, Rupert finds himself first in line for the throne, and a royal marriage is arranged for him. Before the wedding ceremony takes place, however, the widow of the late crown prince gives birth to twins, who become the heirs presumptive to the throne, a situation freeing Rupert to marry as he wishes. Linda Lee comes to Europe for a visit, and she and Rupert are married.—AFI
