A gang of street kids work with the FBI in their attempt to find and rescue their leader's father, a scientist who has been kidnapped by a terrorist group.
Chapter One ENEMIES WITHIN - Swinging into action when noted military experts disappear under highly mysterious circumstances, federal agent Jim Bradford (Philip Terry), tries to trace Colonel Barton (Russell Hicks) through his hard-fisted son Billy Barton (Billy Halop,).Meanwhile Harry Trent (Kenneth Howell) tries to enlist Billy and his street gang as members of the Junior G-Men. Brand (Cy Kendall), ruthless leader of an anarchistic group called "The Order of the Flying Torch" boldly invades the federal offices with his men. Chapter Two - THE BLAST OF DOOM - Halting the falling elevator just before it crashes, Harry drags the unconscious Billy from the building just in time to see the Flaming Torch gang escape. Billy, hoping to rescue his father from the mysterious gang, Billy goes with Gyp (Huntz Hall) to the gang's hideout, an estate protected by electrically charged fences. There they find Colonel Barton being forced to demonstrate his new explosive. Chapter Three HUMAN DYNAMITE - Leaping into a steel vault just as the explosion goes off, Billy and Gyp are saved from death.The Torch gang accuses Colonel Barton of treachery. Hiding in a large van Billy and Gyp escape from the barricade spy hideout. At the JUniour G-Men's headquarters, Harry tries to contact Billy and Gyp by short-wave radio. G-Man boss Jim Bradford is patrolling the highway when he sees a Torch member riding away with Billy and Gyp. Chapter Four BLAZING DANGER - Caught in a fireman's net after their fall from a burning building Billy Barton and Jim Bradford learn that Profssor Farraday (Edward Felding), the inventor of a new super-speed bomber had disappeared. Brand's henchmen had stolen the blueprints and he is assembling the airplane at his barricaded estate. Billy, Gyp, Terry (Gabriel Dell), Lug (Bernrd Punsly) and Buck (Ken Lundy) join forces with Harry Trent and are captured at Brand's hideout. Bradford's G-Men capture Severn (Ben Taggart), the plane factory spy and arrive at the spy hideout to free Harry and Billy and Company.
