Johnny Cyber is a scientist who gets super powers that allow him to travel between the dimensions and inner space to battle evil forces that plagued the planets he visited.

The human scientist Dr. Johnny Cypher (Paul Hecht) is possessed of super-humanoid powers (the origins of which are never disclosed) that allow him to travel between continuums of time, outer space, and inner space through "Dimension Zero," an artificial interphase between any two continuums which he is able to generate through his usage of these powers, to fight against, heroically, whatever evil forces may plague the various planets he visits in his voyages.—Parker Gabriel
