Summaries

John Jerry Cheeseman was a band teacher at the public schools in New Albany, Ohio. He is now in his early 70s, still teaching music at a small music store since his retirement after 40 years of directing middle school and high school bands. However, he is not only a respected music teacher, but a son who has spent his entire lifetime taking care of his mother. One day, Jerry decides to go an a week-long journey, visiting his former students and colleagues. This documentary was filmed to celebrate a life of an American teacher.—Anonymous
