Beijing Kang was formerly a member of the Japanese secret police but, after the withdrawal of troops from mainland Asia at the end of WWII, he became a gangster. Kang kidnaps the daughter of Min-gu, his old enemy, and has him castrated. Min-gyu is furious and sets out to destroy the criminal—Anonymous
