Near South London, commonplace people surface when Chef Claire Skinner goes unconvicted for poisoning patrons due to lack of evidence.

Near South London Cillian "Fink" Prettycomb, who runs an illegal stolen goods collections storefront for his boss Nigel is summoned to his office by his attache Irish Peach to collect "signatures" aka "donations from his loan shark victims to finance a marksman to murder Chef Claire Skinner who went unconvicted for poisoning patrons at a restaurant. While Fink performs this task, he attempts to position himself into the coveted marksman role. All of this while hiding out his confidante Nikki Cumbersome from her violent boyfriend.
