A large construction company is trying to take over the territory of an orphanage in order to build an amusement park there. The director of the orphanage, with the support of his charges, is fighting to preserve it. The head of the construction company, Borisov, wants to achieve his goal by any means and hires Polunina, a professional in resolving controversial and slippery issues, as well as the careerist Chizhikov, who hires bandits. However, the bandits are only making the situation worse, creating more and more problems for Borisov. At the same time, Polunina, who fraudulently obtained a position as a physical education teacher in an orphanage, begins her subversive work.
