'Islands' is about an inner journey, about a young person searching for answers to deal with the future after the studies end. The director tries to answer a thousand questions through the voices of people who have made very different life choices. The inner journey happens through a real journey in the wonders of one of the directors' lands, Sardinia; a nostalgic journey, a little sad and at the same time full of inspiration.—Anonymous
