Rich Dr.Akarsh and young middle class girl Acchari meet by accident, and seem to have the perfect romance going for them. Just when you think there's a happily ever after, there enters the other woman, Aditi.

Aakarsh (Vijay Suriya), a doctor in Malnad meets with an accident with Acchari (Mayuri Kyatari), a girl who works in a tea estate. He takes her to the hospital and soon, they fall in love. Aakarsh even manages to get Acchari a job as a receptionist in the hospital. A few days, perhaps months, later, Aditi (Kavya Shetty) arrives and tells Acchari that she is Aakarsh's wife. It is then revealed that after a series of fights, Aakarsh and Aditi were separated but not divorced. When she heard that he has a new 'lover', she returns. It is in this interim that Aakarsh and Acchari fell in love.
