Lord Yhakin (Nicoll Bacharach) commands the Skel, the elite forces of his evil grandfather's decadent Empire. Yhakin, charming, sadistic, and slightly unstable, has formed an unlikely friendship with his Lieutenant, his own reluctant oath-bonded partner, or Skel.
