All the dreams and hopes for happiness of the young surgeon Anna Pirogova collapse overnight: in the midst of her honeymoon, she finds out that her husband has a second family - one of the hospital patients is pregnant from him, and Anna's closest friend and colleague knew everything and hid it from her.
