Lisbeth Palme gave only one interview after the murder of her husband Olof Palme. It happened in Örebro with SVT producer Per-Arne Axelsson. After the murder, Mrs. Palme did not participate in any interviews at all. But when the suspected killer Christer Pettersson was first convicted in the Stockholm District Court, and then released in the Svea High Court in the fall of 1989, she chose to do an interview to clarify her position and how she looked at the work of the Police investigation. The interview was broadcasted as a high priority program at SVT, and Lisbeth Palme gave no more interviews afterwards.—SVT2
