Max is on the run from the government after stealing a sentient super weapon named "Internecion Cube Model 0n" or "I.C.-0n" for short. Meanwhile, Max's friend, Kirie, who is infected with a virus that the Intersecion Cube can give people, is helping him with stealing I.C.-0n for unknown reasons. She attends school whilst Max can't and talks with him over the phone.
