A serial killer is stalking the streets of Dallas. After one woman escapes alive, a pair of detectives keep her under surveillance, under the hunch that the killer will try to get her again. Everyone is a suspect.

When defense attorney Cynthia is raped by the killer and survives, homicide detectives Bruce and McKnight believe she's still in danger.
