An unemployed youth Jayaprakash, dreams big fortunes in the field of real estate business, and therefore, faces a lot of obstacles in the path towards his goal.
The story is about the real estate business happening in Kerala focusing on the city of Calicut. Jayaprakash (Prithviraj) is the central character of the movie, who happens to be a jobless young guy, who tries to make a fortune in the real estate business. CH (Tini Tom) acts as a partner for his business. Beena (Rima Kallingal) plays the lady love of Jayaprakash in the movie. The movie is directed by Renjith. There is a good line of famous actors in the movie, like veteran actor, Thilakan as Achutha Menon who plays a key role and Jagathy Sreekumar as Golden Pappan. The story starts when Achutha Menon comes to Jayaprakash's office for selling a property. It is in fact owned by his first wife. The deal goes for a toss as Achutha Menon's son interfere. Achutha Menon becomes a partner for Jayaprakash's business and fortune starts to change for Jayaprakash. The movie in fact clearly shows how real estate business works and what could happen to people looking for easy money through real estate. Credit should go for director Renjith at first and then for the excellent performances by actors Thilakan, Jagathy Sreekumar and Prithviraj.—Arun Varghese E
