In a cafe someone has been murdered in the bathroom. An FBI agent Elliott and his best friend Gary discover the murdered victim, and the FBI suspects that a Russian cyber terrorist named Viktor had something to do with the homicide.

One night at a bar restaurant in Boston, two friends Elliott and Gary are working at the bar when a scream is heard from the men's bathroom. Inside the bathroom a victim has been murdered by stabbing. Elliott and Gary discover the victim and they are very shocked and traumatized. They leave their jobs before the police come to investigate. The two friends and Elliott's wife Betty begin a road trip journey to Cape Cod and then New York City.
