Two young people who love each other decide to leave their village and look for a better future in Athens. But now they are wanted by the police and on their way, they will have many adventures.

In a small village in the rugged Greek countryside, two young soulmates, Aggelos and Irini, cling to their dreams of a brighter future in Athens. After all, the couple has planned everything down to the last detail. However, a momentary lapse of judgment and shortage of money sentence the companions to live on the run, with every law enforcement officer from their quaint community to the bustling capital hot on their trail. Forced to swallow their pride, they try to lie low, but the journey to Athens is fraught with peril and uncertainty.
