ILU AMERICA (Land of America)This is an indigenous emotional classic Reality story of an immigrants ordeal and its survival, a reality story of a gentle man Ade a well to do young man heads for greener pastures from Nigeria To America hoping to have all plans for his trip to set, as he is been informed by his blossom friend bobby who originally lives in America,As he arrives America things begin to go wrong. His Taught betrayed him and his misinformed intention went wrong as all effort proves Abortive.Right from the airport he couldn't use his ATM to get money as the inter banks between Nigeria and America are not connecting. He is stranded as he had to beg to enable him sustain him self, his friend bobby who invited him, His no where to be found and couldn't be reached on phone. After several calls he is in reachable and as Ade meets, people at the airport to help use their phone to reach him, all still proves abortive as Ade was advice to find means of relaxing and waiting for him as he may be having 8 to 12 hours shift, and will unable to pick calls, while working in America. he had to face the ordeal of life as he struggles for Survival, as he meets various Waterloo, having wrong information on means of staying and sustaining in America, having to do odd jobs to survive, becoming homeless, he met a Nigerian guy Jydo That seems to help him but unfortunately his got only. 2 night help and he was ended up chased out again after the 2 nights. He was on the street stranded and had to sleep on the street where one of his bags was stolen by hoodlums within the night.The Nigerian community made effort to help him but his act towards the help was not inline with the American system and way of life, he was getting too close to the daughter of the lady madam boss who is helping him and hoping to have him as her now man, which led him to be evicted again as he return to the street, and hoping for better future, he couldn't get a job because he has no working authorization and social security so he was more stranded and frustrated. He manages to get help in a church where he was introduce to a church member Tolu who eventually gave him accommodation and help him find under table job to at least Earn money to feed, as nature has to Decide his fate positively. Met an old time friend Stacy coincidentally by her best friend Helen , who he later married to and then eventually made it in America.Ilu America is an African foreign language movie filled with suspense, intrigues, emotions, love and Action fully Subtitled in English.
