A "symbolic" character traces the path of man in search of salvation in this world within his own ghosts and deformations.

David Lamda, an internee of an asylum, tries to escape but is immediately regained and sedated. The man thus finds himself living in a symbolic-visionary delirium, he imagines moving in an emblematic "corrupt city" where the violence and moral deafness dominates and where power acts to cut off the freedom of the subjects and impose a terror that remains imprinted in their mind. An infernal circle dilated to excess with its complacent population of submission to which it is subjected and that Lamda seems unwilling to accept, looking for its own salvation that, naturally, will not find. The return to reality will not be less shocking for him, the chaos also here reigns, the deflagration of weapons and the advance of a tank announce other destabilizing and depressing conditions.—Anonymous
