Two reporters find romance during interviews with relatives and friends of passengers in an ill-fated airliner.

A plane has crashed in the Alps and it is known that only three people of the ten on board have survived. In London, two young journalists are tasked to produce a human interest story on the lives of all the passengers to whip up intrigue about which of these lives have been cut short, and which have not.
