The Halassi couple go on holiday to Lake Balaton, they buy a vibrator to spice up their sex life, but not everything goes as planned... One of the key works of Hungarian postmodern cinema invites us on a bizarre journey through time to the 1980s, starring Márk Zala and Kati Lázár. Péter Gothár made his third feature film after The Gift of the Day and Time Stops from a screenplay co-written with Péter Esterházy. The result is a chain of surreal, visionary scenes made up of fragments of everyday reality, but the unfolding plot also accurately captures the domestic mood of the period. The meeting of Esterházy's linguistic playfulness with Gothár's visual ideas and exceptional acting skills led to a unique piece.
