Every One Can Make a Film About The Refugees But Do You Think The Refugees Can Make Movies About Them Selves ?
An Egyptian director lives with three Syrian refugees. All of them fled through different routes from their homeland;. They receive a message in a day via WhatsApp to go to Paris on a trip costing 20 euros for three days to change their lives afterward.Three Syrian refugees, I met in Berlin and followed them for two weeks in June 2017. These young people (all 19/18 years old) fled the war in Syria and found their way to Germany. Through a group on one of the social media programs "WhatsApp", they bought tickets for what they thought was a simple weekend trip to Paris, including 20 euros - transport, accommodation, food and visit the Eiffel Tower. The tickets came through someone who did not agree to be photographed. When they arrived in Paris they found themselves in a conference room on the outskirts of the city. Together with thousands of other people, including children of Arab descent, as well as some citizens of Slovakia and Poland, they found themselves locked inside a conference room without water, food, and security everywhere, and were asked to wave the Iranian flag at an annual conference of the Iranian opposition in Europe Under the name "Free Iran" to support Maryam Rajavi, the leader of the People's Mujahedeen, or the MEK, the former Khomeini allies, who were expelled from France in 1986 for terrorist acts and on the US list of terrorist organizations from 1992 to 2014. The organization has very little support among the Iranian diaspora or within Iran itself, so it is clear that these people were busy increasing their numbers by bringing together such young people and others.
