Poor Gregory. After being released from the Wishing Well Sanatorium, all he wants to do is make the children happy. So Gregory reopens the old ice cream factory, and all the unappreciative brats are reprocessed into the flavor of the day.

The boy Gregory witnesses the murder of the ice cream man "The King of the Ice Cream" and is interned in the Wishing Well Sanatorium. Years later, Nurse Wharton becomes the tutor of Gregory Tudor that reopens the ice cream factory. When the boy Roger Smith disappears, the kids Johnny Spodak, Heather Langley and Tuna Cassera suspect of Gregory. Then Small Paul ( is kidnapped by Gregory and Tuna sees the ice cream man hiding him in his truck.
