On the 25th anniversary of the discovery of a gruesome and bloody murder scene, four friends take a trip deep into the backwoods of Southern Illinois. Ryder invites his beautiful, but self-proclaimed innocent girlfriend, Chrissie, and her two friends, Erin and Casey, on a weekend trip to a gig he is sitting in on as a favor to a friend. Along their journey, the group discovers a book of local urban legends, deciding to test some of these urban legends.
