In the near future everybody's good reputation can be measured and checked via a "Carma Count" - this tool decides over your occupation, housing and social status. Artist-scout Cee (Lorna Ishema) becomes a victim of a smear-campaign threatening her whole existence and finds out that in secret there are paid experts working on polishing or destroying the reputation of their customers or their adversaries.
