A universal story with Latino characters told in an unconventional way (like Forrest Gump and Amadeus) about a man who's trying to keep his hot-headed younger brother from carrying out revenge.

In this gritty drama, police officer Simon (Douglas Spain) is forced to take sides when his childhood friend Omar (Manolo Travieso), now the neighborhood loan shark, arranges the vicious beating of their mutual friend. As Simon plans his revenge, his brother Pete (JoJo Henrickson) tries to defuse the conflict. Pete must team up with his estranged Uncle Bart, a respective cop, to head off the escalating cycle of violence.—Larry B.
