But in his final years at seminary, he is given agency to reflect on his future. In his quest to find a "sign from God", Luis meets fierce, beautiful bar performer Luisa. Wondering if she's the sign he asked for, he persuades her to join him to visit his family's home in Pagsanjan; needing extra money, she agrees. As their two worlds collide, they soon fall hard for each other, only to realize that yet again, fate is sending them down a different course.
