The White Lab is the formed within the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Departments First Investigative Division. The lab uses scientific investigation methods involving physics, chemistry, biology and medical science to solve cases. Members of the White Lab have knowledge of these scientific areas and have the authority to investigate cases.At the White Lab, Satoshi (Kazuki Kitamura) is a detective. He solves cases with his excellent scientific methods as well as his own unique methods.
