"Horrible Movies" was a hosted horror movie show with Mike Stephens as "Robbin Graves" presenting movies on Saturday nights at midnight on WJCL-TV, ABC Channel 22 Savannah, Georgia from approximately 1970 to about 1975. Wearing a skirt made of chains, "Robbin Graves" showed old B-grade horror movies. The show presented fresh ideas including having "Robbin Graves" shown on the screen in reverse polarity or as a negative picture. The producers also used chroma key where "Robbin Graves" could go anywhere while never leaving the studio. "Robbin Graves" also sang songs with original lyrics made up from current hit songs.—The Professor
