A chivalrous action film co-starring two major OV stars, Riki Takeuchi and Hakuryu. The Sawamura group used a small gambling house as a source of income to uphold humanity, and the Nomura group rose through hard work. A ceremony is held to settle the conflict between the two groups, but Ryu Sawamura, the son of the Sawamura group leader, bursts in and stops the ceremony.
