Hitman Chi-ho assassinates the son of a triad leader. In retaliation, the triad leader places a bounty on Chi-ho's head. Unexpectedly, a young girl named Anna becomes a witness to the murder and seems smitten with Chi-ho. As the police investigate, they tail Anna and her friend Ruby to uncover clues. Amidst the chaos, Chi-ho and Anna discover love, but the triad's hitmen close in, causing turmoil.
