In this documentary, the viewer travels with Rembrandt in a geographical reconstruction of his life. The documentary shows a succession of images from which Rembrandt drew his inspiration. Many of the buildings from Rembrandt's time still exist. Where possible, the current image changes through modern digital techniques in the painting that the artist made more than 400 years ago or in old prints from that time.—Moviemeter
