A military-driven high school student acquires a video of a government backed murder and finds himself on the run from near-invincible forces.

A film student named Claire Lauren Wright (Julie Geistert) videotapes a murder committed by the Commanding Officer of a nearby naval base (Eric Norcross). Upon discovery of the video, the C.O. dispatches agents to retrieve the video and cover-up all evidence-an order that results in a military-enforced quarantine of an island off the coast of Maine. After Claire hands the tape off to military-obsessed high school student, Shawn (Sean Callan), a cat and mouse chase begins. Only Shawn's cunning decision-making and knowledge of military counter-measures can win against these corrupt murderous scumbags.—EMN
