A story set in Dhi Qar, Iraq, about a family that lost its father Hashim, who had expelled his brother Faraj from Dhi Qar for unknown reasons, but he returns after his brother's death to cause a series of strange events.

The events of heaven and hell revolve around the character of Uncle Faraj, who embodies the role of the devil who has supernatural abilities, and when he learns of his brother's death, he returns to the Dhi Qar region, which he left 20 years ago after his brother expelled him. Uncle Faraj carries a lot of hatred, malice and desire for revenge upon his return to Dhi Qar, so he starts a wide series of revenge from the first night in the town, and the first crime is to put poison in the mouth of his late nephew, causing him to be paralyzed, and then the acts of revenge continue for everyone around him.
