Hayat is the story of a young, dreamy, and ambitious girl who lives in the midst of an unbalanced family. She plays the role of a father and mother, raises her brothers, takes care of her sick mother, and watches after her drunk and gambling father who's known for being a troublemaker. Hayat is an example of the Moroccan young woman fighting for her future despite all the hardships she faces. She coexists with hope, the hope of a better tomorrow. We will live with her, her family, friends, and neighbors.
