Anghel and Angelica are from two different worlds. Anghel is confined in the National Penitentiary serving his sentence; Angelica is a recent graduate in the prime of her life. When she goes to the Penitentiary, she sees Anghel and is intrigued by him. She learns that he is well-respected by his mates and that his word is considered law inside the Billibid.
