Ikram's relationship with his father, Tok Moh, is not very good. Ikram is forced to return to the village to visit his sick father, only after being persuaded by his wife, Anis. Upon arriving in the village, Ikram mistakenly took the wrong medicine and accidentally opened a bottle, releasing a ghost named Mak Yah.
