A cowardly construction consultant and a capable yakuza enforcer reluctantly team up to uncover corruption within both the world of legitimate business and the gangster underground.

Construction "consultant" Ninomiya Hiroyuki [Hamada Gaku] is actually a broker who utilizes the talents of the yakuza to protect construction sites from other clans trying to muscle in. On one such job, he makes the acquaintance of Kuwahara Yasuhiko [Kitamura Kazuki], a tough, intelligent, accomplished yakuza enforcer and debt-collector. Immediately, Kuwahara dislikes Ninomiya and has no problem saying so and, just as effortlessly, meek Ninomiya is resigned to bear Kuwahara's mistreatment and blatant disrespect.
