A single father and his three daughters are struggling to gain acceptance in their hostile community.

Roger (Marlon Duré), a villager living in a third world country, who is haunted by his past and plagued by remorse for horrific acts he committed while being used by politicians to keep the government in power. After several years, Roger remains at large, but endangers the lives of his three daughters and himself, because the villagers have not forgotten him or his deeds. Especially after these mysterious deaths that upset the people recently; Captain Charles begins to have suspicions and opens an investigation into a possible serial killing. However, blinded by fear and superstition, the people of this town are convinced that the victims are stricken by a kind of supernatural force. Now Roger is being suspected for crime and sorcery—Nel P.
