An American named Muprhy is in the Phillipines after the invasion of Pearl Harbor and wants to get out but lost all his money gambling. When the Japanese invade, he desperate to get out. Murphy meets a priest who's among the ones that are being evacuated and has a seat on a plane but he prefers to remain. So Murphy takes his place on the plane. But the plane is shot down and he finds himself on an island with five women who were also on the plane. They try to evade the Japanese while Murphy tries to maintain the pretense of being a priest with five lovely women.—[email protected]
An American gambler masquerades as a Catholic priest during the fall of Manilla early in World War II in the Pacific to obtain clearance to fly out on an official military transport. Five American showgirls wrangle a pass with the aid of a helpful U.S. Army colonel to leave on the same plane. Ironically, the transport crashes at sea. The gambler and the girls wind up on a Japanese held island. Initially, they stay out of sight from the enemy, but inevitably things change.
