Brooke is an extremely impulsive and reckless woman who spends her life stealing and killing people. When she is caught by a secret agency, she is forced to join two of the world's greatest criminals, Jared, a merciless sadistic man with thirst for murder, and Hailee, a bitter woman disturbed by her dark past. The three will have to go on a mission to stop a dreaded terrorist named Samantha, whose plan is to exterminate a large mass of the world's population by spreading five bombs in countries with the largest number of inhabitants on Earth.
