Gregory Kingsley's life has been rough. His father abused him and his two brothers, so they were placed with their mother; when she can't take care of them, Gregory is placed in a boys' ranch. While he's there, a lawyer who's visiting the facility meets him, and he and his wife decide to adopt him into their family.
