Dylan Johnson joins Foxworth Enterprises, a business secretly aiding in superhuman preservation. However, he is soon forced to team up with his arch enemy Switchblade to bring down the corrupt company upon learning of their true objective.
Taking place one year after the events of Graffiti: Dreams and Knightmares, Dylan Johnson (David Ragin) has taken on the full alternate-identity of "Graffiti". The task proves to be harder than he once figured when he begins to learn about the full responsibilities and consequences of a true superhero. To better aid in his mission to protect his kind, he decides to join a secret program for superhumans, led by CEO and businessman Lucius Foxworth (Emmanuel Riggs). However, Dylan eventually finds himself in a situation that could put the existence of the entire superhuman race in danger of extinction, which forces him to team up with an unlikely ally: his arch-enemy Switchblade (Cortez Andre).
A year after Graffiti: Dreams & Knightmares, Dylan has already become overwhelmed with the responsibilities of Graffiti. Despite this, he has second rematch with Switchblade, which results in police arriving, and the two evading capture, and almost stops Brandon Williams from robbing an office building, though he escapes while Dylan is distracted. He tries to unwind with Evangeline with a vigorous training session, while businessman Lucius Foxworth is informed of his presence. Following the session, and a short warning about superhumans from his barber Isaiah "Ice" Cooper, Dylan receives a message from Foxworth, and after meeting with him, agrees to join his company Foxworth Enterprises to protect superhumans. He is teamed up with Josh Boom, the brother of the man that robbed him a year ago, and learns of his unfortunate death, though they both are unaware that Switchblade was the murderer. Foxworth and then James leave and go onto their next assignment.
After interrupting an unsupervised training session between Melrose's cousins Max and Jake Taylor, Dylan returns home and is immediately attacked by an ear-piercing, painful noise. He calls Melrose, who has since moved to Tokyo for college. She telepathically detects negative energy at their home, and instructs him to move to her grandmother's home for him to stay at. Soon after, Dylan receives his first assignment from Foxworth's unnamed assistant, and he and Josh go to their first assignment. However, when its revealed that Josh has been assigned to kill Max and Jake, a fight erupts between the two, with Josh getting the upper hand. Luckily, Max and Jake join the fight and the three overwhelm Josh. Upon returning home, Dylan quits Foxworth Enterprises, and is attacked by Josh again, though the ear-piercing noise reappears, forcing Josh to teleport away, saving Dylan. He runs to Evangeline for help, and the two teleport away to Josh's house for safety. Evangeline decides to use his house as their new base, using her camouflage ability to hide them when necessary. Feeling that a war is imminent, Evangeline goes to recruit other superhumans to bring down Foxworth, while Dylan goes to his pre-scheduled barber appointment with Ice. Ice reveals to Dylan that he was able to easily deduce his identity as Graffiti, and that others should be able to as well, also revealing himself to be superhuman himself. Evangeline flies to Honduras to visit her mother Dr. Carter and tells her about her and Dylan's incidents. However, unbeknownst her, Dr. Carter is one of the employees of Foxworth herself, and she informs Foxworth of their plan, on the grounds that Foxworth leave her daughter out of whatever he's planning. Melrose telepathically joins Dylan to meet with Evangeline's first recruit, who turns out to be Switchblade. Before the two can fight, Dylan and Switchblade's identity are revealed on blogger David Bradley's YouTube page, and its revealed that Dr. Carter gave him the information, causing a divide between the group and Evangeline. Dylan and Switchblade infiltrate Foxworth's mainframe, but are confronted by James. Switchblade tells Josh that Foxworth killed James, and he agrees to help them bring down Foxworth, determined to find out the truth about his brother. Evangeline flies back to Dr. Carter and confronts her about her involvement with Foxworth, but she denies knowing what his plan is, only knowing that his plan will involve all superhumans. After the argument, Evangeline leaves, with Dr. Carter feeling that whatever Foxworth is doing is for the best.
The next day, while on patrol, Dylan is joined unwillingly by Switchblade while he deciphers Foxworth's data. The two are attacked by Gerald Meyers, another of Foxworth's employees, but they defeat him. Dylan teleports to his grandmother's house, followed by Switchblade, and Melrose returns from Tokyo to help them bring down Foxworth using a techno virus she created. She reveals that Foxworth actually runs his company out of his personal home, and the trio plan to storm the house and destroy his business, but not before Melrose beats down Switchblade for killing her ex-boyfriend John. Foxworth fires Meyers for his failure, and then reveals to Josh that Switchblade killed James, and shows him the security footage of him dumping his body where they found him. Dylan and Switchblade arrives at Foxworth's house for the final fight, and an enraged Josh teleports Switchblade away to avenge his brother, while Dylan prepares to infect Foxworth's mainframe, but Foxworth surprises him and brutally beats him. Foxworth reveals that he is actually one of the first superhumans in their history, and his power is immortality. Having lost all of his loved ones over time, he began to see his powers as a curse from God, and felt his only chance at redemption was to rid the world of superhumans entirely. Foxworth reveals his second power, the ability to remove superhuman powers, while Josh gets the upper hand on Switchblade, though his mercy towards him allows Switchblade to detain him. Foxworth begins to take away Dylan's powers, but the high pitched noise breaks the two apart. Dylan's eyes start to glow, and in a last ditch effort to bring him down, teleports him and Foxworth away.
Dylan's body is recovered from the Bermuda Triangle, where he was found unconscious, and Foxworth missing. Switchblade watches over Dylan until he wakes up, and reveals to him that, despite teleporting away, Foxworth was successful in draining Dylan's powers. Dylan is distraught, and Switchblade leaves amicably with Josh, now working with Switchblade as his new sidekick in return for his life. Dylan and Melrose decide to use the last of his powers to remove the negative energy from Dylan, and its revealed that Knightmare has been infecting him out of revenge for their breakup. Melrose is able to remove her energy from his mind, freeing him from her power.
Following Foxworth's disappearance, Foxworth Enterprises shuts down, laying off all of its employees, including Dr. Carter, who returns home. Melrose uses the information from Foxworth's data, and her personal connections, to begin officially establishing the Superhuman Community, using Graffiti as the face and representative, despite him no longer having his powers. Understanding that he is still needed to inspire superhumans to embrace their powers and use them responsibly, Dylan begins recruiting and training young superhumans, including Chris Taylor, Max and Jake's cousin, to the Superhuman Community. Meanwhile, Switchblade and Eclipse begin a plan to conquer the superhuman world, and any other powered individuals.
